Ingredients

- For 6 persons
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • The zest of half a lemon
  • The juice of a lemon
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 200g of flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 100 g fine semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • 33 cl milk

Preparation:

- Start by preheating your oven to 180 °.

- In a bowl, mix the butter with the honey. Continuing to mix, then add the eggs, vanilla and lemon zest.

- In another bowl, mix the flour, semolina and baking powder. Then add your mixture to the first. Once you have obtained a homogeneous preparation, add the milk and the lemon juice, mixing gently using a whisk.

Pour this preparation into a previously buttered mold and bake for 40 minutes °.

Take out your cake and let it cool before removing it from the mold.
